TR16 Church Road Mylor CornwallDue to this being a holiday house, the owners needed someone reliable and trustworthy to run the project and to keep them informed of works as it progressed.
The house being an older property and having not been touched for over 30 years had leaking pipes, damp and sagging floors. All of the copper pipework was removed and replaced in addition to having an unventilated cylinder installed. Floor boards were lifted in the two upstairs bathrooms, joists levelled and strengthened to enable electric underfloor heating to be installed and then tiled. The walls were repaired, re-plastered and semi tiled. Finishing them with a bespoke cupboard, bath panel, boxing for pipework, corion window sills and new suites. A downstairs toilet under went repair work to walls, a new ceiling and re-skim, finished with new traditional suite. |
